Product Description

 

TOPVQ® Vacuum insulation panel (VIP) is a high-performance insulation material composed of a filled core material and a protective surface layer that is vacuum encapsulated and composite. It is suitable for insulation in medium- to low-temperature environments. VIP is currently one of the best insulation materials in the world. VIP with silicon dioxide board as the core material can have a thermal conductivity of 0.0045 W/mK or less.

Fumed Silica VIP is applicable to thermal insulation between -100ºC and 80ºC with an extremely slow aging rate. It has a longer service life and more stable performance. TOPVQ® is able to offer optional performance products according to customers' requirements and conditions of use to provide the most cost-effective VIP solutions. For example, PET film-protected VIP panels provide better puncture resistance in building insulation.

The fumed silica VIPs could be used in both residential and commercial areas, such as the home appliances, including the water heater, refrigerators, cold chain logistics, cold transportation, aircraft, etc.
