Product Description

Vacuum insulation panel (VIP) is a kind of thermal insulation material. The air evacuated rigid core is sealed with the film to prevent heat leaks. Comparing with the conventional insulation material, VIPs provide five to ten times higher thermal insulation performance at the same thickness. It often used in the industries that required for limited space, such as construction, walls, freezers, cold chain logistics, and more.

TOPVQ-FS001 is one VIP basing on the fumed silica core material which consist mainly inorganic fumed silica, opacifiers and special high quality fibers. It has a great thermal conductive performance and long-term service life according to the tests records by different institues and the orgnizations.It effectively minimizes the transmission of heat over a large temperature range (from -70Cto 1200C). With a porous structure based on clumps of pyrogenic silica particles sized around 5-25 nm diameter , siltherm is classified as a microporous insulation, and presents perfect insulation results 5-10 times than traditional insulation materials not only in ambient temperature , but in high temperature, even better than still air.

With as lowest thermal conductivity as 0.0045-0.005mW/mK presents you variable cool solutions in both residential , commercial areas : Home appliance , Cold chain logistics , buildings insulation , transportations, aircrafts with a theoretically life span of 60 years at longest.
